CARE

Try to water the soil directly without wetting the leaves so as not to damage them.

COLLECTION OF LEAVES

There collection of lemon balm leaves occurs in summer, before flowering. Do not collect the lemon balm leaves when they are fresh for immediate use but let them dry in a dry and ventilated place, outdoors inside a paper bag, for later use.
