Hybrid variety of high quality, with large bulbs, very used for haute cuisine sauces and ragu, but also with celery and carrots in the sofas and for sauces in refined recipes. Advice: it does not like humidity and requires very little irrigation. When the leaves turn yellow, the plants are uprooted and dried in the sun for 10/15 days. It can be kept for many months.
