Lischeri, roscani, agretti, friars beard, negus beard ... there are many names for this vegetable, much appreciated by gourmets. Requires limited irrigation and fertilization. After cutting (at 5-10cm), it can push back for another 2-3 crops. The stems and young fleshy leaves are used in the kitchen, when they reach 15-20 cm in height, before they become too hard.
